P0017 - ASP.NET and SQL Server Developer (Immediate Short Term Contract)

Short-term Contract for an intermediate or senior developer for a federal government client located in downtown Ottawa.
|
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of public-facing web applications and their underlying databases
|
- Minimum 5 years experience developing ASP.NET applications
- Minimum 5 years experience developing databases using SQL Server
- Good communication skills
- Previous federal government experience
- A minimum existing Reliability security clearance
- Experience with the Common Look and Feel (CLF) framework is highly desirable

P0016 - GIS Application Developer (Contract)
|
Contract
2 years full-time with possibility of extension
|
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, maintenance and testing of multi-tiered ESRI GIS applications based on .NET, SQL Server and IBM DB2
- Document software designs and design changes
- Participate in team meetings
|
- Minimum 3 years experience with ESRI GIS technologies (ArcGIS server, ArcXML)
- Experience using object-oriented design methodologies
- Experience with UML is a highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years experience developing WinForms, WPF, ASP.NET and/or Silverlight applications using .NET version 2.0 or higher
- Minimum 3 years experience with SQL Server
- Good communication skills in English and/or French
- Proficiency in both English and French is highly desirable
- References required
Note that an existing Enhanced Reliability security clearance or ability to be cleared to that level is required for this position.
